We are seeking dedicated, results driven life insurance contractors to partner with us in safeguarding the lives of Americans through life insurance options.

What you will do:
● Handle incoming sales calls efficiently.
● Establish and nurture genuine, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
● Address client inquiries promptly.
● Personalize the experience for new customers by understanding their insurance needs, risk profile, goals, existing coverage, and financial situation.
● Maintain accurate electronic and paper records and keep all contracting paperwork up to date.

What we are looking for:
● 2+ years of individual life insurance sales, with a life license in good standing
● Ability to sell in multiple states
● Proven ability to self-manage in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
● A passion for helping others and providing consultative customer advice and service
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
● High level of ownership, accountability and the ability to work with a sense of urgency
● Commitment to ongoing service, process, and efficiency improvements
● Comfortable managing client escalations and able to problem-solve creatively
● Must be tech savvy
