
We are looking for a Sales Trainer to assist in delivery of educational programs for our sales teams including the onboarding of new employees.
Sales Trainer responsibilities include delivering learning material, conducting skills gap analyses, evaluating results and driving improvement, while managing performance of the trainees. For this role, you will work closely with the Global Head of Training, Senior Training Manager, and our salespeople directly, to identify sales challenges faced and deliver training content to increase productivity and efficiency.
Ultimately, you will help onboard and then subsequently increase the overall performance of our sales teams and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals.
