The Spanish Sales Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for full ownership, oversight, and optimization of the Spanish sales operation. This role functions as the executive owner of the Spanish program, overseeing Spanish Sales Managers, Spanish-speaking advisors, and Spanish publisher lead performance.

The Program Manager is accountable for diagnosing performance gaps, improving conversion and efficiency metrics, and transforming the Spanish program into a scalable, profitable, and high- performing business unit. This role operates as a second-line leader, managing managers, driving KPI improvement, and serving as the primary strategic voice for the Spanish department across leadership and interdepartmental teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spanish Program Ownership & Strategy:
  • Assume full operational and performance ownership of the Spanish sales program.
  • Establish clear performance standards, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve conversion, premium, settlement, and profitability.
  • Sales Manager Oversight & Leadership Development:
  • Manage and develop Spanish Sales Managers.
  • Review coaching sessions to ensure effectiveness and structure.
  • Identify leadership gaps and implement development plans.

Performance Diagnostics & KPI Optimization:

  • Analyze performance data to identify root causes of underperformance.
  • Design and implement corrective action plans to close gaps.
  • Continuously test and refine strategies to improve results.
  • Spanish Publisher Leads & Profitability Oversight:
  • Evaluate Spanish publisher lead sources for quality and ROI.
  • Partner with Marketing and Operations to improve lead performance.
  • Drive initiatives to improve profitability of the Spanish program.
  • Escalation Management & Operational Excellence:
  • Serve as escalation point for complex issues within the program.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Standardize best practices across Spanish teams.

Executive Communication & Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Provide data-driven updates to executive leadership.
  • Translate frontline insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 5–8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
  • Experience managing managers.
  • Strong analytical and program leadership skills.
  • Spanish fluency strongly preferred.
