A serial entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience building and growing technology companies, Alexander is a longstanding pioneer in the field of online marketing and demand generation in financial services internationally.
Alexander has led two successful exits; having sold a successful marketing and lead generation business in 2009, followed by the ISI exit from MGA distribution in 2017 (sold to Hub International).
He is the current Chair of the LIMRA Strategy and Innovation committee.
Jared oversees the partnership, investment and acquisition of organizations that align with ISI’s values of innovation.
Previous to ISI, he was the Vice President of Individual Sales and Ventures at Assurity, where he spearheaded one of the first API strategies in the life and health industry, which led to the development of some of the first billion-dollar valuation startups in the Insurtech sector.
Earlier in his career, Jared founded and successfully exited from two import/export companies that focused on China, Taiwan, Japan and Mexico, as well as built three social enterprises that ranged from personally sourcing coffee in the Amazon jungle to helping organizations work towards carbon neutrality. Jared also holds a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in leadership from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
David was named CFO of the Year by Alberta Oil Magazine in 2017.
He is a Chartered Accountant bringing 30+ years of senior leadership experience in North and South America. He has led $3Bn in financing for Western Oil Sands, including an IPO, as SVP Finance and
CFO and later a sale to Marathon Oil for $6.3Bn.
David currently sits on the Board of Directors of Richardson International and is Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
Ray oversees general operations of Insurance Supermarket International Inc. and its subsidiary, Specialty Life Insurance (SLi).
With 30+ years of experience with Ivari, Ray successfully led various functions including Sales, Distribution, Marketing, Underwriting, New Business and Field Compensation and Contracting, and was directly involved in setting up the initial relationship between Ivari and ISI.
He is an active member in distribution and general management related associations including LIMRA, CAILBA, and CLHIA.
Bringing a wealth of expertise to ISI, Mickey spent 15+ years as CEO and CMO for Toronto based online marketing firm, handling ground-breaking marketing solutions for Fortune 500 companies worldwide.
His portfolio of work includes the position of VP of Business strategy and Project Management for a Swiss corporation, planning and managing multi-million-dollar projects, aligning business goals with advanced technological solutions, and orchestrating a significant platform exit.
In his career, Mickey has worked as a Senior Consultant for numerous dotcom startups in Israel. He holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Design and Architecture.
Charles brings 15+ years of IT experience to ISI, having a diverse background in enterprise computing, information security, IT strategy, analytics, operations, and processes development/management.
He is the architect of ISI's renowned location-based mobile app and the driving force behind ISI's call center automation, using behavioral analytics to significantly improve agent performance and deliver a superior customer experience along the industry.
Prior to joining ISI, Charles was a Director at one of the world's top custom gambling software development companies. He is skilled in Linux system administration, media buying and has a strong proven record of managing organizational change.
With 10+ years of experience in the life and health insurance vertical, Yashar is responsible for the synchronization of strategy with product development, overseeing enterprise-wide data and information strategy, and providing a seamless customer experience at ISI.
With his vision and expertise, Yashar sets the direction of AI and Machine Learning application and integration while managing the Operations, Product Development, and Analytics departments.
